Funnely enough I am also old enough to remember them, thanks for the link, you are right about it being tight with adaptors the chap from Paragon (UK based and do custom Jag adaptors) was very helpfull while I was on the phone and he did a quick CAD make up, one hole is only 0.8mm from another, the answer is a split aluminium adaptor bolted together, they can do this in the US had two quotes already at around 420$ delivered to the UK thats about £260, the American sites said to avoid chep chinese copies, only one I could find was ECKIND confusing web site and no prices (possible language barrier) and made of steel. Oh the 205 70 14 tyres will foul the front of the rear arches of the kit, shame but 205 60 14 should be fine, had quotes on these at £40 to £60 new.

Smaller profile tyres required, on the upper hand saw some minilite wheels today on the back of a relient robin, glad I was out bid now, and the PCD may have been mismeasured as Renault 5 mid engined turbos were 98x4, so more adapters would have been required. (off the shelf ones from the uk though)

Cheap if you live in the North East lack of description does not help though. Had my adapters made and sent last tracked to Baltimore about to leave the US lightning fast service from 42 Draft Designs, good coms too, I will still need spigot rings 57.1 to 54.1, just ordered a set from Ebay for just over £15 delivered.

Nice, 12k probably what it cost them in parts, materials and labour, BUT,
for that money I would like better shut lines on the rear boot lid, the rear bumpers lining up, and the nearside rear indicator lowering a bit.
Perfect interior though!

Wiper spindles extended through the kit, 12mm alloy tube and steel pins, just need to cut them to length and make / fit new spindles.

Front end wired up will be driving it soon. Still no wheel adapters tracking states with Uk customs, how long does it take to frisk a set of adapters, may have to pay duty to get them.
