2 x Rear new unused rear discs (Rover 200/25)
2 x recon, black painted rear handbrake calipers to fit above
Brake servo and master cylinder with level switch ex Rover 200/25
Complete pedal box inc brake light switch
Steering column, inc wheel, shrouds, lock and keys - ex cond
Heater box (excluding fan and motor)
New unused rad cooling fan (Rover 200)
Handbrake lever

yep, nice car, nice people - expensive, but about right in the replicar market I think. They can do what you want when you want and will price accordingly, and they will stand by their word - refreshing eh?
