how much do i need to spend to get westie zetec/bike power?

looking to buy a westfield which ive always wanted but cant seem to find out whats the right price for an SEI with either a zetec,vauxhall or bike engine either "Q" or donor registered plate?
Can anyone give me an idea?
Looking to buy in september, so if u know of any good ones coming up 4 sale end of this summer, let me know
