Liking the interior! Is the roll bar just there temporarily? It normally would sit under the seat belt fastening, no?

Jones, you are correct. I have done it that way round on purpose, the style bar is now angled back wards which gives me more room for my tall seats. As I've mentioned before I am not a small guy.

Drum, the interior makes a huge difference. Any pictures of door cards?
Hope you find suitable seats. Looking forward to it's completion. Nice work.

FYI not all remote controls work with the stereo fitted in the glove box

oh dear I think you may need to start another car after this one. You already got seats and a stereo.

This is my second build, and I have built this one twice!!
The stereo is in the glove box, but the remote control doesn't work when it's shut. grrrrrrr

I had loads of pics when I built her but for the life of me I cant find them now.
This is a pic just before she went to the United Arab Emirates, it had been on the road for a few years and was starting to get scruffy.
But it clearly shows the seats and the room around them.
The driving position is low and I put spacers under the front of the runners to recline the position to my taste.

If your remote control and head unit are infrared, they normally are, you could use one of these
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/IR-Infrare...AAAOSwFqJWiOxg
There is an ir receiver at one end, a little ir transmitter on the other which sticks on the headunit. You will have to find the ir panel on the head unit, trial and error, also you will need usb supply.
At a fiver, worth a go.
BTW I have all my household black boxes hidden and use a multiport version in a similar fashion.

Think I need to chance the title of the thread too" it's almost finished"
Seats and roof are on so it can only mean it's almost done
