Update as promised, back of car bonded onto shell.

His Adam, still going well I see can I ask how difficult is it to ensure that you cut the vents out accurately? Yours look symmetrical and I have see some (only pictures) that have looked crooked or wonky.

I just found the centre point for the lights made a template and marked it up, I suppose you just need to make sure everything is symetrical.

I used std hole cutter attachment that fit on a battery drill to cut holes for rear light

For all the other vents & holes I used a dremmel tool, takes a while but you can be super accurate with it.
