Arrow Unit/ Garage to rent in Derby

Hi.
I'm new to this forum.
Looking at getting myself a kit car soon. Only problem I have is having somewhere to do it.

Could anyone advise of some websites to check for a small unit/ garage to rent for a few years or point me in the right direction please? I'm based in Derby and can't find anything. There's enough industry in Derby so I must be doing something wrong to not be able to find somewhere!

Many thanks,
Adam

Hi Adam,
I built my Marlin Sportster in a rented lock-up garage. I don't know your area at all but I rent mine from the local housing association. They took over all the properties round here that were built originally by the local council. They always seem to have some garages available. But you'll find the most difficult bit is working your way through their organisation to get to the right person who can actually tell you how to rent a garage. There is only one lady who looks after my garage block and getting to speak to her can be a nightmare.

Good luck!

...peter
