I am expecting about 28 mpg on the 1300' that's what I have read about, not good by today's standards but the same as I get from daily drive and my bike so I guess that would be ok, what are you getting..?

"Some" miles per gallon is the most accurate i'm willing to guess atm.
I know i'm running rich and I've just changed the needles, added more exhaust muffling and altered the diff ratio so i,'ll let you know as soon as I can figure it out

Fingers crossed the weather picks up this week and i can take it in to work one day, a good 40 miles each way so i should know after that, but i'm hoping 20ish....

I drove my Arrow with 1300 Herald running gear 'nicely' for a couple of weeks and it did 37mpg. They were work and back and runny.g about, but no spirited driving. It was cold at the time and going fast hurt! So broadly I reckon between 20 if you are thrashing it and 40+ if you make an effort.
