Default Sealing Fuel Pump.

Hi guys.

I have a little leak. How did you guys seal the pump. I used the same as Marlin to mount, used rivnuts and rubber seal.

Cheers

John,

..yep, me too!!

I backed the fasteners right off then used Red Hermetite on both sides of the rubber gasket...let it go off a bit, then clamp back down with the fasteners.

Fuel tight now & has been since Sept last year.

Great stuff Rich! Thanks for that.

Sure you don't want to come down and help me finish the car!

John,

...love to....but the day job says not!

...anyway, got a little work to do on mine now. The gelcoat is onto it's 7th carnauba waxing to maintain the shine...very pleased for gelcoat.

....The suspension hasn't eased and creaks and groans a bit too much....so got to strip it down and relube / press bushes, fettle etc etc.....also using the chance to improve my geometry set up.

Should be fine by Stoneleigh though.

Rich
