I was looking through your photos and noticed you have used sealant on the fuel filler. I hope this doesn't react like SikaFlex when in contact with petrol. Sikaflex partly dissolves and turns into runny slime and blocks up everything in the fuel system. I found out the hard way on my Robin Hood 7 many years ago. Had to replace the fuel lines , flush out the tank and rebuild the carb , nightmare !

Please check with the sealant manufacturer before its too late!
