Sorry I had no idea they were like that. I only used them as an example of companies I've seen advertise online for similar parts.

Have a google search of turbonutter. he bolts an mr2 turbo box to an alfa v6 engine. I basically followed him to get the design then had it cnc'd locally. It's a good read

Yes nice and close. Glad to hear you are progressing quickly, mine has been an 8 year project so far and about 70% there. Just let me know if you need any info.
Is your car the ebay one from Kent ?
Cheers Ian

Try your local machine shop.
It shouldn't cost too much to have one made in steel and to match your clutch for the Renault box. You might be lucky and be able to re use the existing ring gear.

I heard there is a " VOSA " manual , like some sort of check list that will guide me through the build , any ideas folks ?

Do you mean the IVA testers inspection manual?
It details all the requirements that have to be met in the IVA test which your car would need to pass in order to be correctly registered for the road.
It's about 300 pages and is issued by the Driver and vehicle standards agency (DVSA, which is the new name of the amalgamated VOSA and DVLA agencies).
You will find a copy here https://www.gov.uk/government/public...le-category-m1.
There are also some common failure points here for information https://www.gov.uk/government/public...-to-get-a-pass

In addition to the links Neil has posted.
There are some really good practical examples of how the test works here:

Good luck on the build.
DC Supercars - Cliver and Dave will help with info.
Regarding wheels - all depends on if you want build a replica countach, or one that looks like one.
If replica, these are the guys for the wheels - Roin Technology -http://www.rointechnology.com/indexx.php?link=pagina_cerchio.php&nome=Lamborghin i%20Countach%20post&foto=post%20Countach%20.JPG&ma rca=lamborghini
Not cheap
If you are looking at building something that looks like a countach, then image wheels will do
