hi everyone,just joined.i would love to own a lomax 223,but i only have a full motorcycle licence im 66,had the licence for 50 years,is there any way i can register it as a trike,been onto dvla they dont have a clue.
hi paul,thanks for the ideas,ive been onto lomax car co.and they explained it all.very complicated,basically,if you keep the 2cv chassis and number its a car. if you change the chassis for say a ladder chassis and then re register as a trike, its a trike i think.i think for the moment ill stick with my yamaha xvs 1300 midnight star i had triked at the trike shop in cardiff.when i get time ill post the email i got from lomax,it will be easier to understand for you guys who make kit cars than me cheers.
