G46 Separate thread?

Just a thought..

But probably too costly or time consuming..

Nike55 - Hi Nigel,

Do you mean a separate thread, or separate section of the forum?

Personally, I thought it was a real shame to split the Sammio/Ribble/Miglia forum.

As these kits have so much in common (Donors, bonding/fibreglassing body shells, etc.).

In the mean time, this is as far as I had got with a G-46 build summary.

I'm sure we could have a separate G-46 "sticky" if you thought it would help.

Cheers, Paul. :)

Have a look at this site for (IMO) an excellent way to keep track of small volume cars - click on the thumbnail of each entry for more info.

Hi guys, thanks for input. I was indeed thinking of a separate section, but as quite rightly pointed out the building processes for a Ribble/Miglia/G46 are the same, so important to keep together for ease of access to information, the value of which I have never underestimated, indeed thanks to the builders on this site (and others) I now have an extensive library in respect of small volume kit car design and building, in theory and practice, but more importantly mistakes to try to avoid and the remedies to employ when a good idea goes sour.

I think this is an excellent idea, I for one would be happy to administer a site like this, I have started to make a basic site, for the a Miglia Register, hope it will take off and useful to owner, but any site/register is only as good as the information supplied, the "MESS" site is great, and has make me want to buy one.

I'm sure we can put a list like that together. I'll put it on the list of 'wants' as we do the site re-design.
