R.v. dynamics Nemisis are they still around?

Out of interest. I can't seem o find any details on the R.V. Nemisis who I believe a Mr Vince Wright was behind the company. Although Ive heard moved to Sri Lanka I presume to run the business, but I cannot for the life of Me find any info on this Any takes ?.
