Its got me stumped. Front end looks familiar but I've no idea. Looks like its based on a VW Beetle so maybe give some specialist Beetle sites a go.

I reckon that could be a Pendine. It was a fibreglass monoquoque as I recall with a beetle engine back to front (mid mounted) in the rear.

On second thoughts the front doesn't look right....
